ingenious.web - Online product quoting & order processing tool

During the next weeks the programmers of Ingenious will start development of a special web based Dealer Ordering System of ingenious.net.

Since 2005 manufacturer are able to give their dealers a customized version of ingenious.net. This version allows the dealers to simply configurate and calculate the products of the manufacturer and to order it online. The resulting advantages apply to manufacturers and dealers as well: faster order processing and minimization of the error rate.

Because that Ordering System is only usable on fixed PCs, it will now be extended or replaced by a web based version - ingenious.web. By using web applications (browsers) also mobile devices such as mobile phones, PDAs,... can login to the online quoting & order processing tool.

The using of the online system is not only restricted to dealers. Also end useres could calculate prducts online and send an order or an inquiry. Campaigns (special prebates) or following processes (transfering the inquiry to sales force) can be tied up to using the online system.

By the system customer inquiries, reports, appointments etc. can be assigned to sales reps. They can check the order processing state for their customers and can plan their sales and routes. On site at their customers they can simply create and recalculate quotations and orders.

Also for dealers the system is not only restricted to order processing. They can create quotations to their customers by calculating with their own prebate rates and with their corporate identity. They can manage their orders and check states and appointments.

With this version Ingenious provides all manufacturers of hurricane protection products an increased using of the mobile internet that always becomes cheaper and more popular - as most of all other industries use it since a long time.
