Using the ingenious.net remote presentation and support tool

Step 1: download the remote presentation and support client here

Save it as rc.exe on your desktop or run it directly from our homepage.

If you have doubts concerning the virus protection or your online security, refer the vendor of this tool by visiting http://www.teamviewer.com/

Step 2: When starting up the tool, a dialog as shown below will appear.

When we request, tell us the ID first (8 or 9 digit number - in our example 112 846 069)

After the connection is established (only a few seconds), we will ask you for the 4 digit session "Password" (In our example it is 9123).

After that we are able to log on to your screen and switch the direction in between our workstations. This amazing feature allows us to present something an the computer screen in realtime in both directions.

That's it - really easy!
